PLEASE BE AWARE THAT  BUTTERS, LOTION BARS, VASELINE & BALMS TEND TO SOFTEN OR MELT WHEN EXPOSED TO TEMPERATURES ABOVE 70 DEGREES. During the hot weather we freeze these items for 24 hours before shipping and we package them in insulated boxes or mailers. We can't promise you that they won't melt in transit, but If this happens the quality of the product is not jeopardized. Simply place the container in the refrigerator to allow the natural oils and ingredients to solidify once again. The consistency of these products may be lost, but the effectiveness on all of the items remains the same.
