We at Coco's Butters & Scrubs appreciate your business and value your satisfaction as our customer. 

All Sales are Final! We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.

I regret to inform you that our Return Policy states that we do not accept returns on any of our products. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, as skincare items cannot be resold once it's shipped. 

We understand that there may be circumstances where you may not be fully satisfied with the product, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We would like to assure you that we are committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers. 

If you have any specific concerns or issues with the products, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to assist you and find a suitable solution to address your concerns. 

Once again, we apologize for any disappointment this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding of our Return Policy. 

Coupons / Discount / Orders

It is to the company’s discretion to accept or deny any discount or coupon codes. Only (1) discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

Orders are unable to be edited once it’s placed, therefore a new order would have to be placed if an item is looking to be changed, added, or removed from an existing order. In these cases, as long as the order has not been fulfilled and/or shipped, we will accept canceling an order within the 24-hour window, but only once a new order has been placed by the customer.

Our products are hand made and made in small batches. No two products will ever be identical, some slight differences in smell, color or consistency is not abnormal.
